The seminar on the mechanisms for implementation of investment projects in seaports has been hold an the Port of Nikolaev on April 3-4.
Experts from the Ports of Nikolaev, Kherson, specialized seaport of Oktiabrsk and “Delta-pilot” branch attended the seminar-discussion.
Features of the existing legislative framework for the implementation of investment projects explained the Head of Strategic Development Servise of SE “USPA” Vyacheslav Voronoy. The specialist detailed the features of concession agreements, the procedure of implementation and support of projects relating to the development of seaports.
During the seminar, participants also discussed the specifics of construction of hydraulic structures and schemes of implementation of investment projects. Particular attention was paid to specifics of the investment activity legislation.
In addition, the guests discussed the issues of interest for the port workers, provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On seaports of Ukraine” as well as the questions of land registration.
