The document was signed by Igor Pushkarev, head of Vladivostok Administration, Alexey Nemkov, Deputy General Director for Capital Construction of FSUE “Rosmorport”, and Peter Parinov, Deputy General Director of LLC “Inflot Worldwide Rus”.

The main aim of the agreement is the realization of a comprehensive program for the reconstruction and development of Vladivostok as a center for international cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region.

This program will include berth dredging, port and dock-side hydraulic structures reconstruction, as well as modernization of urban infrastructure and tourism industry.

These measures should ensure the conditions for 12 major cruise ships calling at the Vladivostok Seaport in 2016, and by 2018 the number of such calls should be increased to 30.
