Coalview Ltd. LLC, has purchased a 200 tons per hour (TPH) all-electric coal dredger from Rohr-Idreco Dredge Systems as the primary dredging unit for its newest fine coal recovery project near Centralia, Washington.

The dredger comes with a specially designed jet suction head and delivers material from the impoundment to the fine coal recovery system by a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipeline.

“ The dredging system was designed specifically for our fine coal recovery plant at Centralia and will give us the lowest unit cost,” said David Henry, President of Coalview Recovery Group. “ The dredger is scheduled to arrive at the Centralia site in June.”

“ We took an important step forward by acquiring the highly automated and high-tech dredge system ,” said Roger Fish, Coalview’s CEO . “ We are speeding up our hiring process in preparation for the full plant operation in Q4.”
