Havyard Ship Invest AS have entered into an agreement with Forland Shipping on May 06, 2014 to sell Havyard’s 25% stake in Forland Subsea AS.
Forland Subsea AS is the shipowning company for the subsea construction vessel “Lewek Inspector”.
The MV Lewek Inspector was built in 2013, delivered to Forland Shipping November 14th and named by godmother, Italian Elena Fragoacomo, in Leirvik November 16th 2013.
The vessel is under a long-term contract with EMAS.
After this transaction, Forland Shipping owns 100 % of the shares in Forland Subsea AS.
