On 27 and 28 March 2014, the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway carried out an audit of project management and manufacture of valves for the Polarled pipeline.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to monitor that the project has been planned and carried out in compliance with applicable regulations and recognised norms, and that requirements in the HSE regulations are provided for.
Result
No non-conformities were identified.
An improvement point was identified in connection with document management.
