From 18 to 24 March 2014, the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway carried out an audit of integrity management of flexible risers and associated safety equipment and barrier management at Troll B.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that integrity and barrier management for flexible risers and associated equipment complied with the company’s own requirements and statutory regulations.
Result
No non-conformities were identified.
Improvement points were identified in connection with:
– Routines for handling internal requirements,
– Governing documentation,
