Bimini Blue and Save the Bays legal advisors are headed back to court today .

Their affidavits address the continuing work on the pier in Bimini, in spite of a warning from Court of Appeal Justice Abdulai Conteh to lawyers for the government and developer Resorts World Bimini that construction should not be allowed to progress while the project is being challenged in the courts.

It also outlines efforts by Bimini Blue and their legal team to determine whether or not a permit has been issued for dredging, as a large dredging vessel is in Bimini and notices about dredging commencing have been publicly posted.
