Dyna-Mac, a Singapore-based offshore fabrication specialist with core focus in FPSO/FSO topside modules, has secured new orders worth S$50 million (USD 40 million).
The orders are for fabrication of eight units of topside modules and three units of structural blocks from two of their repeat clients. Fabrication is expected to begin in the second quarter this year.
The company said that orders would have a positive contribution to Dyna-Mac’s earnings per share for the year ending 31 December 2014. However, Dyna-Mac added that the orders would not have a material impact on Dyna-Mac’s net tangible assets per share for the year ending 31 December 2014.
