The Philippines’ Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) released military surveillance photos of Chinese land reclamation project at Mabini Reef.
This series of photographs, gathered from the Philippine intelligence sources, shows in stages the extensive reclamation by China on Mabini Reef (Johnson South Reef), DFA said.
These actions are considered destabilizing and in violation of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea (DOC) and international law.
