Professional engineering and consulting services company, LogiCamms Limited (ASX: LCM) announces that it has recently been awarded contracts with Samsung C&T Corporation, Chevron Australia and Oil Search Limited with a combined contract value of more than $15m. These contracts have been awarded in the period since the Company’s Strategic Update provided to the market on 12 May 2014 and will help support a solid base load of work moving into financial year 2015.

These awards further validate the Company’s recently announced strategic initiatives that focus on competitive solutions to the minerals and metals sectors and an enhanced service offering in hydrocarbons, particularly in relation to Asset Performance services.”
The contract award with Samsung C&T is to provide engineering and procurement services for the Roy Hill iron ore mine in Western Australia. This contract will draw on one of LogiCamms’ core engineering competencies, being control system integration. The contract is expected to commence immediately and will further cement the Company’s position as a leading control system integrator.
LogiCamms has been providing Asset Performance services to Oil Search for their PNG Gas Project for several years and this latest award expands our relationship with Oil Search, with a range of services including engineering and Asset Performance services, particularly the delivery of Competency Training and Competency Assurance services.
An expanded team is also being deployed with Chevron for services on the Gorgon LNG Project located off the north western coast of Western Australia. LogiCamms provides Asset Performance services to Chevron and the expanded team deepens this relationship and help support the platform for a growing hydrocarbons business in Western Australia.
