Rem Offshore ASA has entered into a charter agreement with Micoperi Srl for the OSV vessel “Rem Pioneer”.
The vessel is of MT 6022 L design, and will be delivered from yard 5(th) of June 2014. The charter has a duration of 10 months firm with further two yearly options. Start of the contract is after delivery from yard.
Rem Offshore ASA has further entered into a new charter agreement for the MPSV vessel “Rem Poseidon” with Adams Offshore for three years. The new charter agreement has a firm duration to November 2017 with further two six months options.
The contracts is made at market terms.
