SBSS has signed the contract with LS Cable on the Venezuela subsea cable installation project which includes the installation and burying of 2 subsea cables of 230kV and 40km-length, connecting the Chacopata city and Margarita island as the electricity infrastructure .

As planned, Soverengn, the subsea cable installation vessel from Global Marine which is the parent company of SBSS, will be operated by SBSS to complete this project

As the General Contractor, LS Cable is owned by LG group and specializes on the cable producing and solution providing.

In the meeting room of LS Cable, MR. T. H. Kim, the SVP of LS Cable, signed the contract with Tony Hu, the commercial director of SBSS. KM appreciated for SBSS’s cooperation and hope the project will run successfully through mutual cooperation and with SBSS’s rich experience.

After the Hwawon-Anjwa project in 2011 and Jeju and-Jindo in 2013, it’s the third time for both sides to cooperate.
