The second round of Small Group Stakeholder Workshops and Site Tours for Charlotte residents who are interested in sharing input on the Port Development Project starts Thursday, June 19 and continues through Saturday, June 21.

An initial round of workshops was offered in May. This new series is in response to community requests for more opportunities to meet with the Edgewater team.

The project is currently in the community visioning phase, and the City is very interested in hearing citizens’ thoughts and ideas about what makes Charlotte such a special place and how this project can contribute to that “sense of place” by enhancing the year-round vitality of the community and building on Charlotte’s heritage as one of America’s Great Lake resorts.

This round of meetings will include 17 sessions at various times of day, including sessions scheduled in the evening and on Saturday.

Meetings and workshops are in the Port of Rochester Terminal Building, 1000 N. River Street.
