Vroon Offshore has announced that the “VOS Fabulous” has arrived safely in Aberdeen.
Vroon Offshore Services Aberdeen has welcomed the vessel “home” following her long journey from Nanjing East Star Shipyard in China.
VOS Fabulous is the first to be delivered in a ten-vessel newbuilding programme, with six 50m ERRVs being built at Nanjing and four 60m FSV vessels under construction at Fujian Southeast Shipyard, also in China. All ships have a revolutionary, wave-piercing bow shape that has been specially designed for Vroon.

VOS Fabulous is being prepared for her stand-by duties and will start operations in the North Sea by 1 July.
“We wish her and all who sail on her a safe passage,” said the company in a release.
