The UK Planning Inspectorate has received a record number of representations made on the Navitus Bay offshore wind project.
With 268 official representations listed on the Planning Inspectorate’s website, more interest has been shown for Navitus Bay than any other offshore wind farm listed there, Motor Boats Monthly news site writes.
The Examining Authority is to carry out an initial assessment of the application and representations received and set a date for the preliminary meeting.
Interested parties will receive an invitation to the preliminary meeting, which will publicly discuss procedural matters of the examination.
