Ashtead Technology, a global subsea equipment solutions specialist, has secured an exclusive sales distribution agreement with Sound Metrics Corporation for the sale of DIDSON and ARIS imaging sonar systems to the oil and gas market in the UK and Singapore regions.
The DIDSON and ARIS products are unique ultra high-definition imaging sonar systems, for critical detailed inspection and identification projects. The leading edge systems can be deployed from vessels, ROVs, AUVs and used by divers in various industries including, oil and gas, military, search & rescue, hydro-energy, exploration, dam & bridge construction and maintenance.
