EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG is building a permanent operation base for its Baltic 2 offshore wind farm at the site of the Rostock power station.

From there, EnBW will coordinate service assignments at the wind farm. Along with its own employees that the company will bring there, EnBW will also hire new employees from the region.

The company plans to construct an office, a workshop, staff rooms and a warehouse on an area of nearly 400 m2. The construction is expected to be finalized by the end of October 2014.
