Seabased, TC Energy Ink Wave Energy Plant Deal (Ghana)

Seabased has reported that on Friday night, August 22, 2014, the company has signed a contract with Ghanaian TC Energy regarding a large wave energy plant in Ghana.

Seabased CEO Billy Johansson and TC Energy Executive Chairman Anthony Opoku have signed the contract according to which they will first install a smaller plant that will be part of agreements giving a total plant of 1000 MW.

The Chairman of Seabased Mats Leijon has made the preparations for this co-operation by visiting Ghana and discussing the idea with TC Energy.
