The 4th International Symposium on Sediment Management (I2SM) will be held in Ferrara, Italy, on September 17, 18 and 19, 2014, during the RemTech Expo.

This event is being organized by Ferrara Fiere Congressi, Politecnico di Milano – Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering – Environmental Section and the École des Mines de Douai.

The main aim of I2SM is to get together academics, professional figures and public agencies involved in sediment issues.

The previous editions were held in Lille (France, 2008), in Casablanca (Morocco, 2010) and Alibaug (India, 2012).
