Eko Atlantic City is being constructed in six phases – and the first phase entails creating 10 square kilometers of prime land along the Great Wall of Lagos.

When the dredging is completed, a total volume of sand amounting to no less than 100 million cubic meters will have been used, creating a land mass visible from space.
