Tideland Signal Corporation has appointed Peter Tyler to the position of Managing Director, SVP – EMEA. As a key member of Tideland’s global leadership team, he will play an integral role in directing Tideland towards new markets and offerings that underscore Tideland’s leadership position in the marine industry.

“The EMEA region is of strategic importance to Tideland, and we are continually investing in extending our offering and service to the markets and clients we serve,” said Tideland Chief Executive Officer Matt Scheuing . “Peter comes to us with an impressive background and track record of growth. I look forward to working with him and our talented team to build on our success and continue to extend our market footprint.”

Peter brings to Tideland more than 25 years of industry and leadership experience with a strong background in oil and gas, as well as wind and marine markets. Prior to joining Tideland, Peter served as Managing Director of Vikoma International Limited, a UK based leader in the design and manufacture of oil and chemical pollution control systems.

With experience in worldwide markets, he has operated in marine companies in a variety of leadership roles including operations, production, sales, and executive leadership. Peter will be based in Tideland’s Burgess Hill, UK office.
