Oceanographer, Chartered Scientist and Marine Scientist, Dr Joanna Ibrahim has joined the Partrac team as Marine Data Manager.

Joanna Ibrahim is a specialist in coastal engineering, coastal and estuarine sediment dynamics and environmental impact assessment (EIA) with 20 years’ experience primarily in coastal zone development, renewable energy (offshore wind, wave and tidal), nuclear, and oil and gas industries.

Ibrahim joins Partrac having been Principal Oceanographer at Titan Environmental Surveys for the past 5 years, and previously Metoc (now Intertek). Ibrahim also spent 7 years as a lecturer of coastal engineering at the University of West Indies, Trinidad.

The Director, Sam Athey , commented: “We are pleased to welcome Jo. Her skills and experience both complement and enhance the team whilst Partrac continues to develop as a lead marine data acquisition and consultancy expert in Europe.”

Partrac is a marine data acquisition company specialising in oceanographic, environmental and marine geosciences surveys.
