Dynagas LNG Partners said that it has completed the acquisition of the 2013 built ice class LNG carrier Yenisei River.
The acquisition of the liquefied natural gas carrier, and the related time charter contract with Gazprom Global LNG Limited, was finalized for an aggregate purchase price of $257.5 million, Dynagas said in a statement.
The partnership financed this acquisition with the net proceeds of its recently completed $250 million public offering of senior unsecured notes due 2019 and available cash on hand, it added.
