FoundOcean and Ranger Offshore, Inc. signed a strategic agreement this month focused on Mexico region, formalizing the relationship that has developed between the two oil and gas sector specialists.

To remind, in May this year, FoundOcean has been awarded approved supplier status for offshore grouting services in the Mexican region by Pemex.

The partnership aims to offer clients a competitive, design-to-installation solution for a range of projects, the two companies explained.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Ranger Offshore provides marine and subsea construction support services including vessel and diver hire; inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) solutions; and pipeline and offshore construction, while FoundOcean will bring its 50 years of grouting experience to the partnership.

“FoundOcean boasts an impressive track record, particularly in areas such as pipeline support and IRM,” comments industry veteran Bill Lam of Ranger Offshore.

“Combining resources gives our Gulf of Mexico clients greater value, particularly given our mutual commitment to safe, innovative, quality offshore solutions.”

Jim Bell , Managing Director at FoundOcean expands: “ Ranger Offshore is highly regarded in the region, and we hope that bringing the two companies together will give clients an invaluable turnkey offshore solution.”
