DOF Installer in Vessel Sale

DOF Installer ASA, an entity in the DOF Subsea Group, has entered into an agreement to sell one of its three sister vessels to an international buyer. Delivery to the new owners is expected late 2014. The sale will release approx. NOK 650 mill. ($ 100.7 mill.) after redemption of debt. DOF Installer

DOF Installer ASA, an entity in the DOF Subsea Group, has entered into an agreement to sell one of its three sister vessels to an international buyer.

Delivery to the new owners is expected late 2014.

The sale will release approx. NOK 650 mill. ($ 100.7 mill.) after redemption of debt.

DOF Installer vessels include Skandi Skolten, Skandi Hercules and Skandi Skansen.

All three vessels are operating in the subsea project market through third parties.
