Jee Ltd, an independent multi-discipline subsea engineering and training firm, is expanding its subsea engineering public courses programme to Stavanger, Norway in 2015.

Jee’s Head of Courses, Jenny Matthew said: “We’re continually developing our extensive training programme and in 2015, in response to industry demand, we are excited to launch this suite of public courses in Stavanger, Norway.”

“We believe our Norway public courses will fill a gap in the market, and provide subsea companies with a range of local, high-calibre training options that previously, their employees would have had to have gone overseas to experience.”

Jee will be hosting six of its public courses in Stavanger, including:

– Integrity management of subsea pipelines on 24-27 February 2015;

– Construction of subsea pipelines on 10-13 March 2015;

– Subsea systems on 14-17 April 2015;

– Risers, umbilicals and flexibles on 28 April to 1 May 2015;

– Subsea controls on 20-21 October 2015;

– Engineering of flexibles on 3-6 November 2015.

Jee’s public courses will be held in GE Technology Solutions Centre at Dusavik port, in the heart of the oil and gas business sector in Stavanger.

As an introduction to their subsea engineering and training services, Jee will also be running a series of free subsea pipeline integrity management seminars for Norwegian businesses from 8-12 December 2014. The seminars will focus on lessons learnt and best practices that Jee has identified whilst working on integrity management projects.

Jee’s Engineering Business Development Manager, Jamie Burrows, said: “These seminars will enable Norwegian companies to find out more about best practice integrity management for subsea pipelines, and will also give them the opportunity to experience first-hand Jee’s world-renowned training approach.”
