Eng. Mohammed Abdul Wasa, the General Manager of Aden Ports Development Company (APDC), together with the representatives of the Yemen Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation (YGAPC) welcomed last week a group of technical engineers from China Harbor Engineering Company Ltd. (CHEC).

CHEC, the company in charge for the implementation of the Port of Aden expansion and deepening project, visited the project site in the context of conducting studies and settings to determine the requirements for the establishment of the project area and other infrastructure requirements needed for the project.

This is just one of many visits to ADPC that CHEC and the bank, which is financing the project, have made so far.

It is worth mentioning that the project is of paramount importance and urgency to the port of Aden, in order to enable continuity in the field of port services and the future developments happening in vessels sizes.
