Since 2010, CIMC Raffles has delivered a total of nine deepwater semi-submersible rigs. Two of these are 100% in-house designed semi-submersible heavy-lift and accommodation rigs that are currently operating in the Campos Basin of Brazil for Petrobras.
The rig builder, which today also delivered a new semi-submersible drilling rig , did not disclose financial details of the order.
