Subsea Innovation has appointed Dave Thompson as Technical Director.
The company which designs & manufactures specialist engineering products to off shore oil, gas and renewable industries worldwide has made the appointment on the back of a sustained period of growth.
Thompson, 43, from Washington, brings a wealth of experience following a 27 year engineering career that has seen previous management roles at Technip Offshore Wind and IHC.
His arrival has coincided with the opening of the company’s new headquarters, located on the outskirts of Darlington, giving them 60,000sq ft of operational space and staff numbers rising to 50 with more in the pipeline.
Thompson said: “I am looking forward to working in a challenging, high pressure environment and with these first class facilities we can expand our product range further.”
