Peru’s only LNG export facility shipped a liquefied natural gas cargo to Spain on November 28.
This is the second tanker this month that departed from the LNG export plant carrying a cargo to Spain.
The cargo is being hauled by the 155,000 cbm Solaris, which was delivered to Monaco-based GasLog earlier this year by Samsung Heavy Industries.
Peru’s liquefaction plant in Pampa Melchorita has exported 242 cargoes since its startup in June of 2010, Perupetro data shows.
