An infographic released by Small LNG Shipping Consultants focuses on the small-scale LNG fleet, operating or on order , around the world.
The infographic shows that the 49 small-scale LNG carriers, combine for a total of 705,048 cbm capacity.
33 of those vessels are pure LNG carriers while there are 16 multiproduct carriers that are able to carry ethylene, ethane or other petrochemicals.
Out of the 49 vessels 24 are already in operation while 25 vessels are currently on order.
