Earlier this year, Sepro Technology has secured a contract with French engineering group Techinp for the delivery of two of its ORS18 MK IV Overhead Rail Systems.

The ORS systems are designed to handle all type of work class ROV’s for operational depths down to 3500 meters.

Sepro Overhead Rails System ORS HD is a ceiling mounted handling system for launch and recovery (LARS) of Work ROV assemblies, having a vertical movement along rails on ship-side, and can as an option be delivered with a vertical movement through the seawater splash-zone.

They are designed for installation in a sheltered hangar where a free deck space is given to ROV service and maintenance.
