Dear readers, in today’s list of the most read articles of this past week is an article of the arrival of the Pieter Schelte vessel to Rotterdam.
To call it just a ‘vessel’ is an understatement. A platform installation / decommissioning and pipelaying vessel in one, it has been described as a twin-hull behemoth, a giant, the world’s largest vessel, largest catamaran, biggest offshore vessel, the world’s largest crane ship.
