China’s COSCO Nantong shipyard has delivered a semi-submersible accommodation unit to a client in Mexico.
According to the company, the rig, named Neptuno was recently delivered to Cotemar, a provider of offshore vessels to the oil and gas industry.
As for the ‘Neptuno’, it measures 91 meters in length, 67 meters in breadth and 27.5 meters in depth.
The rig is of the Gusto MSC Ocean500 design and can accommodate a crew of 750 persons.
