Hughes Sub Surface Engineering (SSE) Have received another safety award for their work on the world’s second largest wind farm – Gwynt y Môr.
Colin Christian of RWE presented the award to Managing Director Ian Hughes at the O&M Base in Mostyn.
After Ian Hughes accepted the award, he commented:
“Hughes SSE’s operations on the Gwynt y Môr project have been challenging and rewarding. Both our onshore and offshore teams have worked tirelessly to ensure a safe and successful completion, and I am very proud to say that Hughes SSE has been involved and consistently provided the best possible service from start to finish.”
The company has completed over 3500 safe dives on the project without any major incidents.
