LEEVAC Shipyards Jennings, LLC has launched their hull 367 on Tuesday, January 27, 2015.
According to LEEVAC, the launch went as planned and the vessel was safely moored shortly afterwards.
Hull 367, designed by LEEVAC Design Services, LLC (300 DE-52 HAB PSV) is the first of a two vessel new-build program for Tidewater Marine . LEEVAC says that this is its first launch in the New Year which marks a milestone for the company as it is celebrating its 50th anniversary.
The vessel is 300 ft. x 62 ft. x 24 ft. deep, has a diesel-electric plant, and accommodations for 52 persons. It will be delivered during the 3rd quarter of this year.
After the launch, Chris Vaccari , President and Chief Executive Officer of LEEVAC, said, “Another perfect day for another perfect launch. That’s how we like it!”
