Aluminium Offshore Pte Ltd has been awarded a contract to deliver a 26.1m XE Enhanced Safety Helideck to Teekay for their FSO at the Gina Krog field in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea.
The FSO will be based on a converted Shuttle Tanker in the Teekay Fleet.
According to the company, the contract is a result of a close cooperation between Teekay’s technical team and Aluminium Offshore.
Furthermore, the company says that the project will start immediately and delivery is scheduled to early 4th quarter 2015.
Aluminium Offshore is a member of the APPLY Group of companies and this is its first contract with Teekay.
