Fluxys-operated Zeebrugge LNG terminal is set to receive three cargoes of liquefied natural gas in a space of four days.
According to the shipping data, the first cargo transported by the 216,164 cbm Al Sahla LNG carrier is scheduled to dock at the LNG terminal’s jetty on March 14.
The Al Thumama LNG tanker, with a capacity of 216,200 cbm is set to arrive at Zeebrugge on March 16, while only two days later, on March 18, the 2014 built Palu LNG carrier with the capacity of 160,004 cbm, is set to complete the three deliveries dispatched from Qatar’s Ras Laffan.
The Zeebrugge terminal is one of the major European LNG hubs able to receive 110 carriers per year.
The terminal consists of 4 LNG tanks totaling 380,00 cbm, a truck loading station, an existing jetty with one more jetty under construction and due to be completed this year.
