Construction Team Set Up for Rudong OW Project

Longyuan Zhenhua Offshore Engineering, a joint venture between Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry (ZPMC) and Jiangsu Longyuan Power Group, has won a contract to install 38 Siemens 4MW wind turbines off Rudong, Jiangsu for (China General Nuclear Power Group) CGN.

The contract is worth CNY 160 million (USD 25.6 million) and covers work that will be done over some nine months.

Furthermore, Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology Co Ltd has been awarded a subsea cable deal for the same project on Wednesday.

The agreement involves the supply of 110-kV submarine cables and is valued at CNY 83.4 million (USD 13.3 million).
