DTOcean will showcase the alpha version of the decision-making and planning tool for the development of tidal and wave arrays to pioneering project developers, utilities, OEMS, technology developers and supply chain actors.

The workshop organized by DTOcean provides an opportunity for shaping the design and receiving initial training on the open-source tools which will become the industry standard in the coming years, according to DTOcean.

The workshop also presents the first public demonstration of the DTOcean tool .

This technical workshop will be held at At Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre in Glasgow, on May 5, 2015.

DTOcean – Design Tools for Ocean Energy Arrays – is an EU funded project whose aim is to accelerate the development of wave and tidal energy arrays.
