INNOVO has delivered two of it’s newly introduced Powered Reel Drive Systems, the INNODRIVE-600, for Saipem’s Shah Deniz 2 project in Azerbaijan.
The flexible design characteristics of INNOVO’s Powered Reel Drive System allow the units to operate from a variety of vessel types and sizes so improving operational flexible and installation capability all in a safe and fast manner, the company wrote in a press release.
The INNODRIVE-600 is designed for laying cables, flexibles and for recovering risers. This system is outlined for a maximum capacity of 600T of Product + Reel Weight, with a reel size up to 14m OD.
