The 11th European Wave and Tidal Energy Conference (EWTEC 2015) will be held in Nantes, France, from September 6-11, 2015.

The conference aims to unite the professionals from the field of marine renewable energies, providing them a forum to share and exchange ideas about tidal and wave energy.

This year’s topics will, amongst others, include: wave and tidal energy characterization, device development and testing, device hydrodynamics modeling and structural mechanics.

Power take-off and device control, experimental and numerical device modelling, grid connection and system aspects, environmental impact of marine energy converters are also some of the topics that will be covered at the conference.

Early registration for EWTEC 2015 is open until April 1, with the late registration date set for September 5, 2015.
