Boa OCV AS has a firm charter contract with EMAS-AMC AS for the BOA Sub C until July 17, 2015.
According to Boa, the parties have now agreed to extend the charter party for a 60 days firm period, with options to be agreed.
The vessel has been working with EMAS since 2008.
The Boa Sub C is a DP3 ultra-deep water offshore construction vessel capable of operating in waters up to 3,000 meters.
Utilizing its 2,142 m2 deck, 2 ROVs and 400 ton AHC crane, the BOA Sub C provides a stable platform to complete offshore oil and gas projects in ultra-deep water environments.
