Portugal’s Sines terminal awaits LNG cargo

REN’s Sines LNG terminal in Portugal is expected to receive a cargo of the chilled gas on April 8. The 160,000 cbm Golar Crystal is carrying the cargo from Nigeria’s 22 Mtpa Bonny LNG plant, port data reveals. REN’s Sines LNG terminal in Portugal is expected to receive a cargo of the chilled gas on April 8.

The 160,000 cbm Golar Crystal is carrying the cargo from Nigeria’s 22 Mtpa Bonny LNG plant, port data reveals.

Golar has in January this year chartered Golar Crystal to Nigeria LNG, the operator of the Bonny plant, for a period of 12 months.

The vessel, built by Samsung Heavy Industries of South Korea, was delivered to Golar in October of 2013.
