Highlands and Islands (HIE) held a webinar on March 31, 2015, whose aim was to provide more information on Wave Energy Scotland (WES), and PTO system research and development call.
HIE’s webinar was an opportunity for developers to ask questions and hear first-hand about the types of project that may be supported through the WES funding initiative in the amount to GBP 7 mln.
The guests at the webinar were Tim Hurst, Interim Director of Wave Energy Scotland, and Andrew Lever, Director of Innovation Scotland at the Carbon Trust.
They offered information about WES, and answered questions about the R&D services call.
According to HIE, responses to any unanswered questions raised during the webinar will be uploaded to the Public Contracts Scotland website later this week.
