A Dutch offshore and subsea contractor, Bluestream, has acquired the offshore division of Aquatech Diving BV in Joure (NL).

According to the company’s social media, the offshore management, diving and ROV assets of Aquatech Diving BV, acquired by Bluestream, will be integrated in the Bluestream organization which will strengthen the strong focus and future growth on the offshore, civil construction and renewable market.

“Aquatech Diving BV, as an independent company, will further develop and strengthen themselves in the civil inshore and coastal diving market where they foresee a growing demand for specialized, high quality and technical services,” Bluestream said in a statement.
