Copenhagen-based Evergas, operator of several LNG-Ethane-Multigas carriers, said it has appointed Steffen Jacobsen as the CEO of the company.
Jacobsen joined Evergas in February this year as Vice President, Fleet after almost 35 years in Maersk, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
According to the statement, Jacobsen has leadership experience in both commercial and technical management, having amongst other positions headed Maersk Tankers fleet management for 9 years. Before that he held both operational and commercial leadership positions in Maersk Tankers, Maersk Contractors and Maersk Drilling.
