Dynagas LNG Partners, an owner and operator of LNG carriers, said that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
The cash distribution of $0.4225 per unit is payable on or about May 12, 2015 to all unit holders of record as of May 5, 2015, the company said in a statement.
In January, the company reported that the utilization rate of its fleet reached 100%. Dynagas LNG Partners grew its fleet by 69% on a cubic meter capacity basis and intends to grow it further as it is fully contracted through 2016.
