Impact Subsea Inks Distribution Agreement with Qingdao Hisun

Impact Subsea Ltd has signed an exclusive distributor agreement with Qingdao Hisun Ocean Equipment Corporation Limited (Qingdao Hisun) for distribution of products in China.

Commenting on the agreement, Benedict Grant , Managing Director of Impact Subsea stated:” We are exceptionally pleased to form an agreement with Qingdao Hisun. The distribution agreement will enable Impact Subsea to provide exceptional products and support in the region. The subsea market in China is of significant importance to Impact Subsea and this agreement will ensure the business can expand within the region.”

Impact Subsea is a provider of sensors, instrumentation and equipment for underwater applications. Founded early in 2015, the company is currently focused on product development.

Impact Subsea’s first product launch will take place in Q3 2015, at which point, detail and supply of products will be available from both Impact Subsea and Qingdao Hisun.
