The wind farm, located 23 kilometers off the coast of Noordwijk and Zandvoort, comprises 43 turbines with total capacity of 129 MW.
Van Oord expects to complete the construction by August 2015 when the wind farm will be able to produce enough electricity to power about 150,000 households.
